Inside our plant in Napoleon, Ohio, Torrence Smith is a Maintenance Team Lead鈥攂ut outside of it, he鈥檚 a car afficionado, community advocate, and oh yeah鈥攁n associate deputy with the Sheriff鈥檚 department!
